Shiela is a massage therapist and owner of Bryant Bodywork located in Austin. She graduated from the Edgar Cayce Center with 700 hours of training. That, combined with a 200 hour prajna yoga certification, has given her a solid anatomical foundation and knowledge of the body. Straight out of school she started working for herself and four years later she has built a solid business in two states.

Using a neuro-muscular approach and working with the brain and body is a key factor in her craft. Shiela is extremely passionate about her work and she makes a commitment to stay fully present through each session - ensuring that everyone on her table receives premium care and attention.

Bryant Bodywork can help those experiencing chronic pain, athletes looking to improve performance, or anyone seeking overall wellness.
